Scene: 1:00am, Bedroom
[Cole rolls over and pulls the covers off Shannon]
Shannon: Hey, What are you doing?
Cole: What?
Shannon: Why did you pull off my covers?
Cole: To take down their phone number
Shannon: What? To take down their phone number? Are you sleep talking again?
Cole: No [rolls away]
[Shannon nudges Cole hard]
Shannon: You don't think that sounds ridiculous? Taking down a phone number?
Cole: [annoyed] No!
Shannon: You're not awake.
Cole: Yes I am!
Shannon: Ok, then why would you take down their phone number?
Cole: To register.
Shannon: [laughing] Ok, seriously, you're not awake. That's ridiculous. Register for what? A pineapple? [testing his sense of ridiculous and how awake he is]
Cole: What? No! A pineapple? That's stupid.
Shannon: Ok, then for what?
Cole: When your friend sells a car you have to register by phone number.
Shannon: Ah ha....we'll talk later.
End Scene
Cole often talks in his sleep. You can tell what's been on his mind lately from this scene- buying a new car and registering for classes. It's hard to tell when he's actually awake cause he can carry on the conversation- it just doesn't really make any sense. I know for sure he's not really awake when he doesn't think it's funny. He woke up later that night and I told him about- he laughed. I knew then he was awake. He also didn't remember the conversation.

Roland and I have had plenty of these convos! I laugh so hard every time.
We have these conversations ALL the time and I laugh so hard at Greg.....and he's sooooo not awake. I think it's so funny!
Ha Ha... Lawrence and I love this post, mostly because I talk in my sleep especially during a nap. I have often told Lawrence about my day and then woken up an hour later to tell him about my day all over again. It sometimes freaks me out when I start talking and he can finish my sentences. I think he is a jedi mind reader.
