Daughter

I thought I would start a blog as an easy way for family to keep updated on our lives, but mostly on my baby girl (here on out "K" for safety reasons) since we have no family near by.  I also expect recipes to pop up quite often as cooking has become quite the hobby for me the last couple years.

Baby Update:

Four months today.  She finally found her feet! She's done most things pretty early but has had no interest in discovering her feet until today.  She was sitting on my lap in Relief Society and was wearing crazy red/white fluffy booties and bent down and started playing with her feet.  Okay, she was playing with her booties...but it's a step in the right direction.

She tried bananas the other day for the first time.  She does not like banana.  I tried again today and same thing.  She loves her cereal.  I will try a different food later this week. 

We had a "Friends" moment with her.  Anyone remember that episode where Rachel and Ross could only get their daughter to laugh by singing "Baby Got Back"? Cole only has real success getting K to laugh when he has her on the changing table and yells "BOOOOOB" at her.  We tried different words in the same tone but BOOB was the one that got her.  Go figure.
